This all new fitness course was designed for horses who have had a little downtime and need a systematic kick in the butt to get back in top physical shape, shed some excess fat, build topline, and work more effectively through their body.
This course is helpful for anyone and everyone- no matter your riding discipline or the amount of work your horse is in. I’m here to ensure you are maximizing your time in the tack, pushing past any training plateaus, and will be encouraging you to ride in a more effective way that your horse is going to excel under.
